DELIVERY
At Traditions, San Luis Style our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way. All orders will be delivered via our White Glove Delivery service. We partner with a professional shipping company for all our deliveries within San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles and Orange counties. Your order will be brought inside your home, placed where you would like it, and all debris will be removed. You will be contacted by Traditions, San Luis Style with a delivery date. Our delivery partner will call you the night before your delivery date to give you a four hour window for next day delivery. A customer satisfaction survey will be presented to you upon your delivery. We do ship nationwide! Please contact a store representative for specific information.
COST
Delivery in any of our five serviced counties varies. There is an additional charge for stairs and removal of old furniture. We ask our customers to measure all doorways and hallways in order to ensure fit. If a product does not fit into the home, additional disassembly and reassembly with home services are available. A no cost self pick up is available at our San Luis Obispo and Camarillo receiving areas. Please discuss your needs with our friendly staff.
RETURNS
Special custom order furniture and window treatments are not returnable and/ or refundable. Showroom, off the floor furniture items may be returned within 10 days subject to a 20% restocking fee and delivery and pickup for transport charges.
WARRANTIES
San Luis Style honors all warranties provided by their manufactures.
TIME FRAME
Stock, off the floor furniture usually can be delivered within a few days or is available for pickup on the day of purchase. Special order products vary from one week, four weeks, or six to eight weeks depending on the manufacturer. Designer services such as Custom Draperies, Roman Shades, Slipcovers, and Reupholstered furniture has varied timing for delivery or installation depend- ing on our workrooms.
